We have successfully completed and commissioned a new fermentation process automation system for Biotika, a. s.
The objective of the project was to modernise the control and monitoring of the fermenter. The new solution enables more precise setting and monitoring of key process parameters, helping to ensure greater process stability, improved efficiency and consistent, repeatable production results.
As part of the project, we:
- supplied and configured a new control system,
- integrated the system with sensors and measuring instruments,
- optimised the automatic control of individual process stages,
- developed a clear and user-friendly operator interface,
- tested and commissioned the complete system.
The new system provides operators with improved visibility into the production process and enables simpler, more effective process monitoring and control. At the same time, the solution creates the conditions for increased productivity, greater production stability and a reduced risk of variations between individual production batches.
The project was implemented in close cooperation with JUMO Slovakia, which supplied the JUMO variTRON 500 touch automation system.
