In this section, you can learn how we handle your personal data and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), as well as Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).

Information on Personal Data Processing
Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By submitting your CV, cover letter, and other documents by email, post, or in person, you freely consent to IS – Industry Solutions a.s., M. R. Štefánika 129, 010 01 Žilina, Company ID: 47373288, processing the personal data contained in these documents within its information systems for the purpose of maintaining a database of job applicants.
By providing personal data to our company, you become a data subject and are entitled to the following rights, among others:
- the right of access to personal data,
- the right to rectification of personal data,
- the right to erasure of personal data,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to the processing of personal data (including profiling),
- the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Personal data will not be published or transferred to recipients in third countries. Profiling of data subjects may occur solely in connection with selecting a suitable candidate for a specific job position.
In justified cases, personal data may be disclosed to recipients such as the Labour Inspectorate or law enforcement authorities. Personal data will also be provided to the data processor:

for the purpose of organising and conducting recruitment procedures.
The consent to process personal data, which serves as the legal basis for processing under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, remains valid for one year from the date consent is granted.
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn before the expiry of the period for which it was granted by:
- sending an email to gdpr@issk.sk, or
- sending a written notice to the registered office of the controller with the wording “GDPR – Withdrawal of Consent” clearly marked on the envelope.
