One of our key projects is the implementation of a large-capacity battery energy storage system, now considered one of the most significant solutions of its kind in Slovakia. With an installed capacity of 55 MWh, the project was the largest battery energy storage system in the country at the time of completion and was delivered in less than one year.
The technical solution consists of 16 high-capacity container units, 8 PCS converters (power conversion systems) and 4 block transformers. The entire system was designed and delivered by our organisation - from design through to final implementation.
The storage system is designed to play a key role in stabilising the electricity grid. Thanks to its capacity and rapid response, it can react immediately to fluctuations between electricity generation and consumption, contributing to safer and more efficient operation of the energy infrastructure.
The project was delivered for one of the largest energy companies in Central Europe, confirming our ability to provide complex solutions at the highest level.
This project also represents an important step in our strategy - to actively introduce battery energy storage systems as a standard solution for modern energy systems to other partners as well.
